An artistic incubator since 1986, Dixon Place is a Bessie and Obie Award-winning organization committed to supporting the creative process by presenting original works of theater, dance, music, puppetry, circus arts, literature & visual art at all stages of development.
Located in New York's Lower East Side, Dixon Place includes a performance lounge and bar, a rehearsal studio, offices, and a two-level black box theatre that seats up to 130. Studio T+L designed the dimming and control system, seating layouts, drapery system, and specified the stage lighting, seats, and platforms.
